What are Individual sessions?
Sessions are for the depth of integration on a personal level. They are an important part of the whole Diamond Logos Teachings, as it is in the sessions that the student´s personal processing and integration happens together with individualized guidance and teachings.

How often to have sessions?
We recommend having sessions on a regular basis, once or twice a month, if it is possible.. but it can also be benificial to have a session just occasionally, to reflect on where one finds oneself at the moment.  Having a teacher to share with can be one of the most bennificial connections on the journey.
